After standing in the road between Harrismith and Warden for 6 hours,because of a huge accident between 2 trucks and dangerous stuff spilled on the road(the cars and hundreds of trucks were standing still for 40km)we were desperate for a place to sleep!! When Barbie met us at the gate,we immediately felt at home.The whole place has pallisades around it,so we felt secure and the beautiful green grass made it felt like an oasis.The room was beautiful and clean with a nice tv and wonderful hot water and we had a wonderful night's rest. The friendliest host, she made us feel right at home, and cooked us the best dinner for a very cold snowy day. Will definitely tell all my family and friends about this little guest house in Warden.
